Shareholder Information
The UIC Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to providing scholarship funding to eligible UIC shareholders and their descendants who are pursuing either a collegiate degree or vocational
certification.
First-Time Scholarship Program Applicants, please submit the following:
- Completed Scholarship Application (see link below)
- Financial Aid Need Sheet completed and submitted by the school you are attending.
- Acceptance letter the school you will be attending
- Complete transcripts from either your high school or the most recent school/college you have attended
- Three (3) letters of recommendations
- Personal statement detailing your future career plans after completion of college or training
Scholarship Renewal Applicants, please submit the following:
- Completed Scholarship Application (see link below)
- Financial Aid Need Sheet completed and submitted by the school you are attending (see link below)
- Your latest term or semester grade report
